Polar Bears hit the slopes on the freshly snow powdered Sugar Bowl Resort in Norden, CA. The Bowdoin community of alumni, parents, and friends gathered at the home of Sidney ’88 and John Scott ’88 with John showing the group how to make raclette (melted cheese draped over potatoes, ham, and a pickle- a Swiss speciality). The guests enjoyed connections, conversation, and the warmth of the fire with views of the slopes. Guests included members from the classes of ’86, ’87, ’88, ’08, ’09, ’16 and a couple future Polar Bears including Genevieve DesJardins who created a photo story of the event.
