As the spring season enters its homestretch, five Bowdoin student-athletes were honored for outstanding performances last week by the New England Small College Athletic Conference.

• Women’s track and field athletes Elsa Millett ’12 and Erin Silva ’15 swept the weekly awards for NESCAC Women’s Track and Field.
• Samuel Chick ’13 established a new state championship record in the 400 meter hurdles and was named the NESCAC Men’s Track Performer of the Week.
• Goaltender Christopher Williamson ’13 led the Polar Bears to a pair of wins last week and netted NESCAC Men’s Lacrosse Player of the Week.
• Oliver Van Zant has been the top hurler in the conference this spring and earned his third NESCAC Pitcher of the Week honor of the spring.
