Two Bowdoin Faculty Members Earn Tenure in 2012 Archives

Bowdoin faculty members Tess Chakkalakal (Africana Studies and English) and Belinda Kong (Asian Studies and English) have been promoted to the rank of associate professor with tenure, effective July 1, 2012. The Board of Trustees voted on their promotion at a recent meeting.

The Board  also approved the hire of a new, tenured faculty member in government, Andrew D. Rudalevige, an expert on presidential-congressional relations.
