Eric Edelman ’13″ª and Steve Borukhin ’14 had the grand opening of their food truck last night, propping up the truck’s windows and getting their fryers sizzling to start taking orders at 10 p.m. in the parking lot behind Smith Union. The two entrepreneurs are launching their new late-night business, with partner Isaac Brower ’13, with the hope that the truck will be so popular here that they can replicate the food truck model at other school campuses.
