Two Exhibitions Extend Warhol’s 15 Minutes of Fame (Washington Post) Archives

"Andy Warhol's Index" (Book) (N.Y.: Random House, 1967), part of the pop-up books collection of Bowdoin's George J. Mitchell Department of Special Collections & Archives.

Fifteen minutes of fame keeps going for pop art giant Andy Warhol, whose work is being celebrated in not one but two major exhibitions in Washington, D.C.

The shows – one at the National Gallery of Art, the other at the Hirshborn Museum – opened over the weekend under the collective title Warhol on the Mall.
