On Saturday night, the Latin American Student Organization invited students to join them in recreating a quinceañera, a girl’s coming-of-age celebration for her 15th birthday. “Quinceañeras are a cherished tradition and we would like to share this ceremony with the Bowdoin community,” LASO explained on its Facebook invitation.
