Bowdoin Dining Services did it again, whipping out a mouth-watering feast for the annual holiday dinner. The dinner offers a tasteful break for students as they cram for finals and finish their research papers. Students carefully chose items for their plates, assessing the chocolate fondue with an array of dippable treats, a rainbow of salads and fruits, a cascade of cheese, soups of sweet Vidalia onion and pumpkin bisque, and entrees that included roast sirloin of beef with mushroom Cabernet sauce and panko-and-herb-crusted haddock with a lemon beurre blanc sauce.
