On October 2, 2006 a lone gunman entered a one-room schoolhouse in the Amish community of Nickel Mines, Pennsylvania. The Amish Project, by Jessica Dickey, is extraordinary responses of forgiveness and hope.
Bowdoin’s production, in honor of the ninth anniversary of the tragedy, is performed by Assistant Professor of Theater Abigail Killeen, and directed by Carmen-maria Mandley.
