Chaos Theory, Bowdoin’s Women’s Ultimate Team, got off to a strong start this season. The team traveled to its first tournament in Princeton, N.J. the first weekend in March. Despite snowy conditions, Chaos Theory went 6-1 to win the tournament.
After a loss to Columbia University 7-6 the first day, Chaos went on to beat Haverford College 12-11 in the semi-finals to rematch Columbia in the final match. The teams were even at half-time, but Bowdoin came back in the second half to win the game 13-7.
Chaos Theory won the national championships in its division last year.
