Videographer Ann Basu ’20 has been following the preparations for the Spring Dance Concert, a much anticipated yearly event.
Students from the Bowdoin College Department of Theater and Dance will perform original works choreographed by faculty members Aretha Aoki, Gwyneth Jones, and Vanessa Anspaugh. The program will also feature student choreography.
Guest Katy Pyle will perform original work. Pyle is a lesbian choreographer interested in exploring gender through a contemporary lens in the traditional form of ballet. Read an interview with Katy Pyle in The Conway Daily Sun.
