Building Buzz Around Sustainable Chris Rogers ’85 Project (New York Times) Archives

It is only six stories tall and not even completed yet, but the Bullitt Center, touted as the greenest commercial structure in the world, is already reaching great heights attracting attention from the likes of The New York Times.

Developed by Point32 co-founder and CEO Chris Rogers ’85 – who was recently profiled in The Seattle Times, along with mention of his alma mater  the $30 million building is designed to produce as much electricity as it uses, supply its own water and excludes items on a “red list” of hazardous materials.
