The Test Time Transformation Theorem (TTT Theorem)

Statement: The ratio of time allotted for the completion of an examination as deemed sufficient by a mathematics instructor and the time actually required to complete such an exam is a real number c such that c is always less than one.

While I have yet to fashion a mathematical proof for this theorem, I have accrued four agonizing years worth of data, and I feel the results are consistent enough to establish an empirical verification of the theorem's validity. My most recent research has been the detailed study of this number c. I have established the most rudimentary formula for predicting this number for any examination. Naturally with these promising beginnings, I am expecting to land grant after grant. In fact, I have already set up a prospectus for studying this TTT c-variable on college examinations given in the nearby vicinity of carribean islands and ski-resorts world-wide.
