Based on his recent Project Syndicate piece, so does Ambassador Christopher Hill ’74.

I think KIJ is acting super rationally. A possible end game is a nuclear and unified Korea, to counter China and Japan, not to mention the Empire of America which has land in and on both sides of the Pacific.

It is the American administration which has become the irrational actor. The world will not take kindly to a parade of missiles down Pennsylvania Avenue.
