Please accept my invitation to visit Hidden Valley Nature Center (HVNC) in Jefferson for a splendid walkabout, or a guided tour, at your convenience and if my schedule permits.
It’s now a part of Midcoast Conservancy [details at midcoastconservancy.org], formed by its merger with three other conservation organizations. One of our missions is to provide nature-based education and HVNC, with its 1000 undeveloped acres and ~30 miles of trails, offers great opportunities for exploring diverse ecosystems, from bog, with boardwalk, to upland forest and many other types. We also have huts available for more extended visits.
Cheers,

What a wonderful way to “be where you are.” There is so much to learn from the plants and critters with whom we live.
