What Are They Doing Now? Statistics From the Class of 2011 Archives

Students throw caps at Commencement

When Bowdoin reached out to the Class of 2011 to find out what they were doing, 80% responded. Read the full report.

Here are some interesting statistics from the survey:

  • 75% of the Class of 2011 are employed; 21% are in graduate or professional school; 3% are seeking employment; and 1% are doing other things, such as completing fellowships, traveling or working for the Peace Corps.
  • Class of 2011 graduates are attending 58 different graduate institutions.
  • Since 2004, Bowdoin has sent an average of 51 students per year to law school and 31 students per year to medical school.
