The proof is in the pudding, or in the case of the Esta Kramer Collection of American Cookery, donated to the George J. Mitchell Department of Special Collections & Archives in the fall — the proof is in the fish chowder and apple dumpling that food writer Christine Burns Rudalevige cooked up for the WCSH newsmagazine 207.

The segment also featured insight from Marieke Van Der Steenhoven, the Special Collections & Archives Outreach Fellow who has become intimately familiar with the collection.
