1. Submit a brief (1-2 paragraph) proposal for your final project. Some
project ideas are suggested in the course syllabus, but don't feel confined
to the topics in this particular list. I will give you feedback and suggestions
by May 10. Your project should have a modest programming component, a
written component (typically a 3-4 page paper, with 1-3 outside references)
and a brief oral presentation. All three parts of the project are due on the
final exam date: Wednesday May 19 at 9:00am.
2. Read Chapter 11 in your text and complete exercises 3a, 5, 8, 9,10, and 15
on page 343.
Note: Test #2 will be on Monday May 10, and will cover the material in Assignments 4, 5, and 6: memory management, logic programming, and parallel programming.
